How to Achieve Great Health - It Starts with Healing Your Gut

Did you know if you heal your gut first, you can achieve optimal health?

Digestion is a process of breaking down large nutrients into their smallest components to allow our body to absorb and distribute them where they need to go.  The critical element that happens is the body needs to organize those tiny nutrients in the right place at the right time.  If you consume the most wonderful organic food, but can’t break it down properly or get it distributed properly, even that great food can become toxic to the body.

How to heal your gut - understanding HCL (Hydrochloric acid)

There has always been a big debate about whether we are carnivores or herbivores, but it is generally agreed we are omnivores and can eat both meat and vegetables.

There is one nutrient that truly separates us.  Hydrochloric acid (HCL) is made in the stomachs by carnivores and omnivores, but is not made there by herbivores.

In order to break down meat, you must make HCL in your stomach to have this happen.

Herbivores do make a tiny bit of HCL just before entering the small intestine to sanitize the foodstuff they consume.

By the time you are 70 years old, you will only be producing about 5% of what you did at 18 years old.

Here are a few of the many reasons this nutrient is important and necessary for good health.

It's important you supplement as you age.

  • Breakdown meat proteins into amino acids
  • Start the process of making vitamin B-12
  • Make the stomach acidity between 1.5 and 3.0 pH
  • Allow proper absorption of Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, and Iron preventing toxicity
  • Prevent acid reflux and acid indigestion
  • A factor in digesting fats
  • Sanitize the contents of the stomach to kill bacteria and virus
  • Initiate the first of 3 buffering systems in the body
  • Trigger the cells lining the small intestine to cause liver & pancreas to secrete bicarbonate to create an alkaline condition for absorbing other vitamins & minerals
A very important factor in supplementing with HCL is to choose a “cellular resonant” version and not a synthetically produced one. Choose a product with great purity and no excipients nor other elements that can inhibit the efficiency.
